Is PolyBuzz safe? Short answer

For an adult user who uses the official website or official app, sets a strong unique password, and avoids third-party APKs from random "free APK" sites, PolyBuzz is broadly comparable to other AI character chat platforms on safety. It is not categorically more dangerous than its peers.

The most realistic risks are not unique to PolyBuzz. Phishing copycat sites, fake mobile apps, oversharing personal information in chats, and weak or reused passwords cause more user harm than anything specific to the platform itself.

PolyBuzz data privacy

Like other AI chat platforms, PolyBuzz collects the data it needs to operate the service:

• Account information. Email address, login data, any profile information you fill in. Required for the service to function.
• Chat content. Conversations are processed by the underlying model in order to generate replies. They may also be retained for moderation review and product improvement. Treat anything you type as potentially reviewable by humans.
• Device and usage data. Standard analytics — device type, browser, session length, feature use. This is how product teams understand how the platform is used.
• Payment data. Handled by the payment processor (Stripe, Apple, Google) rather than by PolyBuzz directly. The platform sees the fact of a transaction, not your card details.
